Savage Sledderz Policies

Savage Sledderz policies to help us provide the highest quality guided snowmobile tours, riding clinics, and avalanche education. In the event you are not satisfied with your service or need to re-schedule, this refund policy explains when we may consider a refund.

Deposit
The Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total booking cost. The deposit can be made via a credit card or debit card. The Client needs to submit the deposit within 2 days of your snowmobile adventure and/or rental. The deposit is non-refundable!  In case of cancellation, it serves as compensation for the Savage Sledderz’s booking time and resources. However, we do understand that mistakes in booking may occur.  These could include unforeseen events or illness.  These may impact your ability to make the snowmobile adventure and/or rental. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Refund

We WILL NOT give a refund on a snowmobile adventure and/or rental booking.  If there are complications with your booking, we will be happy to reschedule.  See the acceptable reasons for rescheduling below.  You may choose to leave the snowmobile adventure at any time.  You will just need to give a written or verbal notice to your guide or instructor. However, you WILL NOT receive a refund.  Savage Sledderz will not be liable for any loss or damage you incur as a consequence of leaving the snowmobile adventure.

Weather

Unless a blizzard type situation would occur that would make riding legally irresponsible due to safety, our snowmobile adventures proceed in most all weather. In the event of the unsafe weather conditions, our snowmobile adventures are rescheduled for another mutually convenient date at no additional charge. In this situation, Savage Sledderz will contact you the day prior or the morning of the snowmobile adventure booking if a re-scheduling is required due to weather.
